So things must be getting more settled around here because I had time to bust out some quick glue gun crafts.

Here I made a finger puppet theater out of a box and buttons and scraps of fabric. So far, the girls seem a little confused by it, but intrigued.

I also made a Halloween wreath, which Helene said looked very Tim Burtonesque, and I took that as a huge compliment.

And then I had to step up the decorating on our house as this neighborhood apparently goes off. Our street CARNIVAL is this weekend….

Hot damn, that puppet theater is just a quick project? I love it. I’ve been thinking of doing one of the doorway ones (floor to ceiling), but I can’t figure out how to convince the kid that it’s not just curtains.

I want to play puppet theater with you!

  4. That’s just great!!!! Wish I was there for trick-or-treat!
